No Bake Dairy Free Gluten Free Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

What you will need:


  • 2 Cups Soaked Raw Organic Non Pitted Dates
  • 1 Cup Organic Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 TSP Organic Vanilla Extract or Powder
  • 1 Cup Organic Fermented Cacao Powder

Oreo Cream Filling:

  • 3 Peeled Organic Frozen Bananas
  • 2 Cups Raw Organic Soaked Cashews
  • Juice of 1/2 a Fresh Organic Lemon
  • 1/2 TBL Organic Fermented Cacao Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Organic Thompson Raisons
  • 3 Organic Non Pitted Dates


  • Food Processor
  • High Speed Blender
  • 6 inch Springform Pan


What we need to make this Delicious Raw Oreo Cheesecake.

Step 1: Soak Your Nuts 😉 Soak your cashews over night. This removes the phytic acid amd makes them more digestable.

Step 2: Soak Dates. Soak 2 cups of dates in water over night.

Soaking your nuts turns them into a living food and makes them easier to digest and more nutritious!

Making the Crust:

Step 3: Add 2 Cups of Organic Non-Pitted Dates into the Food Processor.

Step 4: Add 1 Cup of Organic Coconut Flower into the Food Processor.

Step 5: Add 1/2 TSP of Organic Vanilla Extract or Powder into the Food Processor.

Step 6: Add 1 Cup of Fermented Organic Cacao Powder into the Food Processor. Not only does the fermenting bring out the best flavors and aromas of the cacao bean but it is filled with antioxidants that protect cell damage in the human body from free radicals. So, fermented cacao can be really beneficial for us.

Step 7: Turn the Food Processor On. Put on the food processor lid, turn on the power and let that baby go to work! Keep it going until you get a dough like consistency.

Step 8: Add Half the Oreo Crust Dough to 6 inch Springform Pan. Grab your six inch springform pan and half the oreo crust dough. Press it down real firm as this will be the bottom part of our raw, no dairy, oreo cheesecake.

Making The Filling:

Step 9: Add 3 Peeled Frozen Organic Bananas into the High Speed Blender

Step 10: Add 2 Cups of Soaked Raw Organic Cashews into the High Speed Blender. We always soak our nuts! We want to get rid of the enzyme inhibitors so they are easier to digest.

Step 11: Squeeze in the Juice of 1/2 a Fresh Organic Lemon into the High Speed Blender. 

Step 12: Add 3 Organic Non-Pitted Dates into the High Speed Blender.

Step 12: Blend Up the Oreo Cream Filling in the High Speed Blender.

Step 13: Pour Oreo Cream Filling into a Bowl.

Step 14: Add 1/2 TBL of Fermented Cacao Powder. Sprinkle in some fermented cacao powder into the bowl with the oreo cream filling to give it a little bit of a chocolate taste.

Step 15: Add 1/3 Cup of Organic Thompson Raisons. Add some organic Thompson raisons into the bowl with the oreo cream filling. Thompsons raisons are an excellent source of vitamin C, they are rich in dietary fiber and low-glucose carbohydrates.

Step 16: Mix Oreo Filling.

Step 17: Add Oreo Cream Filling ontop of the Bottom Layer in our 6 Inch Springform Pan.

Step 18: Put in Freezer for 1.5 Hours. Cover it with some cling wrap and put the 6-inch springform pan into the freezer for 1.5 hours or until oreo cream filling is hard.

Step 19: Add Rest of Oreo Cookie Dough Crust on Top. Once the the filling has firmed up, take the 6-inch springform pan out of the freezer and add the rest of the oreo cookie dough crust on top. Press oreo cookie dough crust down firm.

Step 20: Put 6-inch Springform Pan back into the Freezer. Put the 6-inch springform pan back into the freezer for another 1.5 hours.

Step 21: Take Oreo Cheesecake out of Freezer. Remove the no bake raw dairy free oreo cheesecake from the freezer and remove the 6-inch springform pan.

Step 22: Dig In! Enjoy your raw, no bake, dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free, healthy, organic oreo cheesecake!!
