Powered Up Raw Cracker Recipe

What you will need:

 

  • 4 cups of Gelatinous Organic Chia Seed Mixture
  • 2 cups of Soaked and Sprouted Raw Organic Pumkin Seeds
  • 4 cups of Soaked and Sprouted Raw Organic Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 Organic Red Onion
  • 5 Organic Roma Tomatoes
  • 2 cup of chopped Organic Cilantro
  • 1 cup of chopped Organic Oregano
  • 1 cup of chopped Organic Basil
  • Jucie of 1 Lemon
  • 1 TBL of Organic Turmeric Powder
  • 1 1/2 TBL of Organic Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 TBL of Organic Curry Powder
  • 1 TSP of Organic Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 2 TBL of Maca Powder
  • 4 Scoops of Raw Plant Based Protein Powder
  • 2 TBL of Amino Acid Powder

Items:

 

  • Food Processor (Optional)
  • Wooden Bowl
  • Knife
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Dehydrator with Non Stick Sheets
  • Spatula

Ingredients for the Powered Up Raw Crackers

Directions:

Step 1: Add 4 cups of Gelatinous Organic Chia Seed Mixture into a Wooden Bowl. Ratio of Chia seeds to water I use is 5 to 1 water to chia seeds ratio. I let the Chia seeds soak in the water for a few hours until it turns into gelatinous texture.

Step 2: Add 2 cups of Soaked and Spouted Raw Organic Pumkin Seeds into the Wooden Bowl. Click HERE to see how I sprout my pumkin seeds.

Step 3: Add 4 cups of Soaked and Sprouted Raw Organic Sunflower Seeds into the Wooden Bowl. Click HERE to see how I sprout my sunflower seeds.

“Sprouts are a living superfood! The greatest enzyme activity is from germination up to 7 days and is 100 times greater than the enzyme content found in fruits or vegetables which replenish our own body’s rserve of enzymes. ”

Step 4: Finely chop up Orgnaic Red Onion, Organic Roma Tomatoes, Organic Cilantro, Organic Oregano, and Organic Basil. I like to throw all these ingredients into a food processor to chop them up. If you are going to use a food processor, blend all the ingredients first except the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes at the end and pulse the food processor. We want this mixture to be similar to a chunky salsa.

Step 5: Add “Salsa Mixture” to the Wooden Bowl and Mix Thoroughly. 

Step 6: Add in the Juice of 1 Lemon. 

Step 7: Add the “Salsa Mixture” into the Wooden Bowl with the other Ingredients and Mix Thoroughly.

Step 8: Add in All of the Organic Spices: 1 TBL of Turmeric Powder, 1 TBL of Curry Powder, and 1 TSP of Cayenne Powder.

Step 9: Add in 1 1/2 TBL of Himalayan Salt.

Step 10: Add 2 TBL of Maca Powder. Helps harden up the crackers.

Step 11: Add 4 Scoops of Raw Plant Based Protein Powder.

Step 12: Add in 2 TBL of a Perfect Blend of Amino Acid Powder.

Step 13: Stir the Mixture Together Thoroughly.

Step 13: Pour 3 cups of the Powered Up Raw Cracker Mixture onto a Non Stick Dehydrator Sheet. 

Step 14: Use a Spatula to Spread out the Powered Up Raw Cracker Mixture Covering the Non Stick Sheet. Make the Powered Up Raw Cracker Mixture 1/2 inch thinck. If it is to thin holes will appear in our cracker.

Step 15: Set the Dehydrator for 110 Deg Faronheit. We don’t want it going over 118 Deg Faronheight or it will cook the live foods. We will loose an incredible amout of nutrition and all the amazing benefits that comes with raw live food if this happens.

Step 16: Insert Trays with the Powered Up Raw Cracker Mixture into the Dehydrator. 

Step 17: Wait Approximately 2 to 6 hours until the Top Part of the Cracker Becomes hard. When to top part of the cracker is hard we can flip it onto a dehydrator tray with out the non stick Sheet. 

Step 18: Transfer the Powered Up Raw Cracker onto a Dehydrator Sheet and Remove the Non Stick Sheet. I show you how to do this in the video above.

Step 19: Place the Tray Back into the Dehydrator over night or for another 12 hours or until the Powered Up Cracker is too your Crispiness 🙂

Step 20: Take Tray Out, Break into Smaller Pieces, and ENJOY!
