Enzyme Rich Raw Hummus Recipe

What you will need:

 

  • 4 cups Sprouted Garbonzon Beans / Chick Peas
  • 1 TBL Himalayan Salt
  • 2 Cloves Pealed Organic Garlic
  • 1/2 TSP Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 TBL Cumin Powder
  • 2 1/2 TBL Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 TBL of Tahini
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cup Filterned Water
  • 1 TSP Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro

Items:

 

  • Food Processor
  • Bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • Spoon

Sprouted Garbonzo Beans / Chick Peas.

Directions:

Step 1: Add 4 cups of Sprouted Garbonzon / Chick Peas to a Food Processor. Click HERE to see how I sprout my garbonzo / Chick Peas

Step 2: Add 1 TBL of Himalayn Salt in the Food Processor.

Step 3: Add 2 Cloves of Organic Garlic Cloves in the Food Processor.

Step 4: Add 1/2 TSP of Organic Cayenne Pepper in the Food Processor.

Step 5: Add 1 TBL of Organic Cumin Powder in the Food Processor.

Step 6: Add 2 1/2 TBL of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the Food Processor.

Step 7: Add 4 TBL of Tahini in the Food Processor.

Step 8: Squeeze the Juice of 1Organic Fresh Lemon into the Food Processor. 

Step 9: Add 1 TSP of Organic Garlic Powder into the Food Processor.

Step 10: Add 1/2 Cup of Filtered Water into the Food Processor. You can always add more later if need be.

Step 10: Put on the Food Processor Lid and Turn on the Food Processor. Let the Food Processor run for about 4 minutes.

Step 11: Stop the Food Processor and Give it a Taste. This is the time you can check the consistency of the hummus to see if you need to add in anymore water. You can also add in some more himalayan salt if need be.

Step 12: Turn the Food Processor Back on and let it Run for a Little bit Longer.

Step 13: Pour Enzyme Rich Raw Hummus into a container or serving dish.

Step 14: Garnish with a some Paprika and some Cilantro. 

Step 15: Serve and Enjoy!!
