No Bake Dairy Free Gluten Free Refined Sugar Free Elevated Chocolate Ganache Cookie Dough Squares
What we will need:
- 1 Cup Soaked Raw Organic Soaked Peanuts
- 1 Cup Soaked Raw Organic Soaked Cashews
- 1/2 Cup Organic Pitted Dates
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 2 TBSP Organic Maple Syrup
- 1/3 Cup Organic Raisons
- 2 TBSP Chaga Tea
- 1/2 TBSP Harmonic Arts Pine Pollen
- 1 Cup Organic Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Cup Fermented Organic Cacao Powder
- 1/4 Cup Organic Maple Syrup
- 2.5 TBSP Harmonic Arts Elevate Elever Superfood Upgrade
- 1 TBSP Giddy YoYo Organic Maca Root
- Food Processor
- Glass Dish for your Squres to set in
- Measuring Cups
What we need to make these Elevated No Bake Chocolate Ganache Cookie Dough Squares.

Step 1: Soak Your Nuts 😉 Soak your cashews and peanuts over night. This removes the phytic acid and makes them more digestable.

Making The Crust:
Step 2: Add 1 Cup of Soaked Raw Organic Cashews into the Food Processor.
Step 3: Add 1 Cup of Soaked Raw Organic Peanuts into the Food Processor.
Step 4: Add 1/2 a Cup of Organic Pitted Dates into the Food Processor.
Step 5: Add 1 TSP of Vanilla Exract into the Food Processor.
Step 6: Add 2.5 TBSP of Organic Maple Syrup into the Food Processor.
Step 7: Add 2 TBSP of Chaga Tea into the Food Processor.
Step 8: Add 1/2 TBSP of Harmonic Arts Elevate Elever Superfood Upgrade. Pine Pollen aids in the increase of muscle mass. Elevates sex drive. Promotes feelings of well being. Uplifts mood. Stimulates a sense of will power and enthusiasm for life. Stimulates dopamine levels in the brain aka those feel good feelings!
Step 8: Run Food Processor until you get a creamy texture. Make sure to stop every once in a while to scrap the sides.
Step 9: Pour Pine Pollen Crust into Glass Container Dish.
Step 10: Add 1/3 Cup of Organic Raisins into the Crust. Mix and Spread crust evenely in the glass dish.
Making the Elevated Ganache:
Step 10: Add 1 Cup of Organic Coconut Oil into the Food Processor. Consuming good fats help absorbtion of other nutrients and vitamins.
Step 11: Add 1/2 Cup of Fermented Organic Cacao Powder into the Food Processor. Cacao Powder is filled with a high level of anti-oxidents and anti-depressent properties. Two table spoons contain only 25 calories.
Step 12: Add 1/4 Cup of Organic Maple Syrup into the Food Processor.

Step 18: Put it in the freezer for 3 hours. Cover glass dish with cling wrap and put in in the freezer for 3 hours or until the Ganache hardens up.
Step 19: Cut into Squares. Take the Elevated Ganache dish out of the freezer and cut into squares.
