This is my story...
I was always tired, had little energy, and was sick with a common cold all the time. I was introduced to a plant based style of eating which changed my life. Since Novemeber 2016 I have cut out gluten, dairy, meat, and refined sugars. I try my best to consume raw whole foods whenever possible. I juice every day and eat a lot of sprouts and micro greens, which contain live enzymes.
What I noticed is unbelievable...
I have not been sick since I have changed to a plant based diet. My energy levels are through the roof. I never nap anymore and I don’t need as much sleep. This allows me to me to be way more productive.
I wanted to start putting on muscle...
I have recently incorporated intermittent fasting into my diet and have cut out carbs as much as possible trying to consume mostly fats and some protein trying to get into ketosis. I do my best to only eat 1 to 2 meals a day. I work out under a fasted state. It is time to start building functional muscle so I have incorporated a movement based style of training called the Ido Portel Method. This is the same training Connor McGreggor the UFC Champion trains.
